Are you a small business owner who is struggling to stay on top of your admin, bookkeeping and/or customer service workload?
Do you need a little (or a lot) of help in the office?
With a knack for organising and years of admin and account experience under my belt, you can count on me, your virtual assistant go-to, to take care of your business to-dos.
Wondering what exactly a virtual assistant is and why you’d even need one? Let’s take a look at why VAs exist.
What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant is, in essence, someone who works remotely on administrative tasks for your business.
From scheduling appointments and making phone calls, to managing email accounts and even handling the bookkeeping – a VA can help you with as little or as much of your admin as you require.
And because most office jobs can now be completed virtually, working with a VA instead of an in-person admin assistant can give you the flexibility of operating without an office space, reducing employee expenses and prioritising your time so you focus on what your business really needs help with.
Virtually Done Admin Support’s Toni Bourne
Now that we’ve got that covered, let me introduce myself.
My name is Toni – I’m a country girl, through and through. In fact, I spent many years in Broome, three years living a wonderful life on the road, and now I call North Queensland my home.
I realised early on that running my own business perfectly paired with an idyllic country lifestyle. It’s no wonder then, that I have owned and grown four incredibly successful businesses since the age of 21, including a building and construction business and an upmarket B&B.
Why pick me to be your virtual assistant?
Over the years I have gained extensive experience in business and office management and have found account admin and customer service to be my speciality.
Through Virtually Done Admin Support, I aim to provide customised admin support specifically catered to you and your business needs. As your VA, I’ll work closely with you – in person, over the phone or entirely online – to identify and prioritise your office admin, manage your paperwork, and get on top of your accounts.
And because I give my all to my clients, I only work with a limited number at any one time. This ensures that your business receives the time and attention it truly deserves.
Need further convincing? With more than 35 years of office admin skills, a strong mindset for organisation and an innate desire to help others, I’ve got everything you need to see your business succeed.
